NOTTER BRIDGE PARK

Riverside Ownership on the doorstep of the Cornish coast

Notter Bridge Park is ideally located at the gateway to Cornwall and Devon just of the A38 leaving Plymouth and the Tamar Bridge on the border of Devon and Cornwall . We are just at the foot of Dartmoor National Park.

The park itself is set in 6 acres of grassland and trees along the river bank where the wildlife includes the kingfisher and otter. The river is ideal for canoeing and boating. Of course we offer our own fishing from our private banks which boasts salmon and trout.

We offer a private secluded location for owners to purchase exclusive park lodges and holiday homes with private balconies with either river or woodland views.
