Holiday Homes
We offer a writen lease agreement for 15 years. The Homes are available for a 11 month season. We close in February each year.
2011 Sites Fees: £2225.00
This includes:
- Rates
- Water
- Sewerage charges
- VAT
- WiFi Internet
- Satellite TV and adjacent Parking space for one car.
Gas and Electricity are metered. We do not allow subletting and all owners must provide us with proof of a UK main residence.
