Working long hours being self employed is no joke, and having your work right on the doorstep makes days off not so enjoyable. So a friend suggested we buy a holiday caravan further down our coast. Brilliant! Now how do you go about finding such a thing?

Internet, first option. We typed in caravan homes for sale in Cornwall and we came across the Westcountry Resorts's website, which was very informative & seemed to offer what we wanted, we telephoned them, as I am of an age where I like to talk to people and not a keyboard.

A very helpful Richard Law suggested that we meet and he would show us what he had to offer. Richard was an angel & very patient, he showed us around a couple of sites offering excellent amenities. Not that we are fussy people but a caravan did not seem to be the answer for us, so he suggested a lodge. What a difference. Deals were struck & we are now proud owners of a lodge in Cornwall and we decided to buy a caravan which we will rent out in the summer.

The manager and staff have been friendly & helpful, I cannot praise them enough, its so nice to meet great people that we can now call our friends as well.
