Westwood
Model overview:
The ABI Westwood continues to set the mark in aspirational holiday home design and provides a through lounge or separate lounge option. With a host of luxuries, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom model has the highest specification in the range including full central heating, 50mm external wall insulation, farmhouse style internal doors, traditional 3 piece suite, classic porcelain Belfast sink, en-suite with full size bath and woodgrain style exterior cladding.
Outside a vaulted ceiling with Apex over the dining area provide classic lines, french and bevelled windows, a 6 downlighter canopy and a stunning energy efficient illuminated name plaque feature strongly.

Kentmere
Model overview:
The 13’ wide Kentmere is designed to feature strongly in ABI’s comprehensive range and includes an array of features normally only found in more expensive models.
The spacious lounge includes a 3-piece leather and fabric suite, matching footstool, display units, domestic electric fire and low level storage units. The sliding patio doors and lounge windows are dressed in rich chocolate and red floral curtain fabric with chrome poles giving a warm welcoming presence.
The Kentmere hosts a well equipped kitchen featuring a domestic twin cavity oven, 5 burner hob, integrated fridge/freezer, twin stainless steel round sink and drainer. There is plenty of storage with all doors and drawers incorporating soft close; there are even wine and wine glass racks. Both windows either side of the cooker are installed with integral blinds as standard and to complete the picture is a stylish dining table with 4 chairs.

Ambleside
Model overview:
The 2012 Ambleside takes the successful platform from last year and repositions the new two model range at a whole new level. Immediately noticeable are the full length lounge windows to match the French doors, the rich deep finish of grey/brown Ontario Walnut furniture and the fine gingham check of the seating material. A black curved fire and glass shelf makes the perfect centrepiece and sits perfectly with cupboards, shelving, coffee table and wall mounted mirror.
The kitchen has enjoyed a complete redesign too with an open plan cooking area down one side and the sink and utility area down the other, the dining table and 4 chairs fit neatly between the two. The kitchen includes an integrated fridge/freezer, soft close doors and drawers, contemporary chrome down lighters adorn the pitched ceiling. Through the modern glass inlaid door you’ll discover the clever Ambleside bedrooms with the 2 bed featuring the innovative en-suite and walk in wardrobe.

Windermere
Model overview:
The stunning ABI Windermere is an established addition to ABI’s successful range of holiday homes with innovative design features both inside and out. The exterior has a front roof overhang housing attractive inset spotlights and a textured aluminium cladding along with superb new woodgrain style exterior windows and doors. Inside the fabulous lounge upholstery features strongly with a lounge/kitchen divider unit and kitchen furniture with subtle textured grain finish being the standout highlights.
The lounge offers optional front patio doors and classic floral and plain seating upholstery, scatter cushions, pelmets and rich metallic lined curtains complement perfectly. The storage and display furniture contains a Perspex TV riser with DVD space, the electric fire and surround, crackle light shades and attractive floor lamp give the room a cosy yet luxurious feel.

St David
Model overview:
A newly restyled lounge area sets the tone in the 2012 St. David line up with updates that include the introduction a new large lounge window, new deeper and generously proportioned lounge seating finished with contrasting plain and floral back rest cushions, new curtain fabrics/tiebacks, a smaller discreet shelf/display fitment completes the lounge.
The ‘U’ shaped kitchen is not left behind, restyled cupboard, wall unit and appliance housing doors have a new ‘shadow line’ finish and new matt nickel handles, plus an elegant pendant light fitment is added above the dining area. All St. David models contain both a family shower room and en-suite toilet to the main bedrooms.
The bedrooms have also received a makeover with larger mirrors and extra drawer space.

Beachcomber
Model overview:
The stunning new 2012 ABI Beachcomber is all about rest and relaxation starting with the soft toned New England chalky porcelain blue exterior set off with white uPVC double glazed windows (optional). The interior achieves a sense of light and space not previously seen in a holiday home, combining tactile soft cream and grey wood grains, with the atmosphere of the seaside reflected in its soft furnishings. All this combined with the use of low energy lighting throughout as standard.
After a day relaxing, the practicalities have not been forgotten, limed oak vinyl flooring is fitted throughout the open plan kitchen and lounge area. The lounge has a loose teal rug which co-ordinates with the striped curtains and large scatter back cushions on the modern ‘L’ shaped seating. The dining area has a chic, freestanding dining table with four chairs, which enhances the ‘driftwood’ theme. The kitchen is well appointed with ample cupboard space, a stainless steel sink, electronic ignition twin cavity oven, integrated 70/30 fridge/freezer and dedicated microwave shelf.

Vista Platinum
Model overview:
On entering the 2012 Vista Platinum the differences are immediately apparent, in the lounge you’ll notice striking new fabrics on the back rests with all the upholstery shaped and with softer rounded corners, the kick boards are also covered in matching material. There’s a new full length fireplace with a mounted gas fire, this unit is also home to a large fitted feature mirror and floor and wall storage.
All furniture is now upgraded to French Walnut finish with contrasting vanilla doors. The vaulted ceiling provides a more roomy feel and the dining table and stools have the added walnut supports. The kitchen doesn’t escape change and has a new landscape window with printed roller blind and lockers above, all open shelving now has fitted unit doors in matching vanilla finish, a new vinyl floor covering has also been included.
