The 2010 ABI St David is for sale at Smytham Holiday Park.  This well looked after caravan is located on pitch 31, which overlooks the park.  It is a very quiet end of row pitch and is surrounded by established trees and shrubbery.  It has a large wrap around gated deck, perfect to enjoy warm days and evenings.  The decked area can be accessed via the patio doors from the lounge creating a lovely open space.

The lounge is comfortable with its large wrap around sofa.  This houses a double bed, sleeping two extra guests.

The feature electric fireplace creates additional warmth during those winter months allowing the full 50 week season to be enjoyed at Smytham.  The windows are well dressed with pelmets and curtains throughout.  There is a shelf suitable for the TV.

The open plan living area extends to the dining area which has a table and four chairs and the U shaped kitchen.  The kitchen has plenty of storage and includes the gas hob and oven/grill, extractor plus integrated fridge freezer.

The bedrooms have been designed with storage in mind and have over bed cupboards and shelving.  Reading lights feature to create the cosy feel.  The twin bedroom has a small wardrobe to store essentials.  The master has two big wardrobes with drawers in-between, a dressing table with mirror and an en suite WC.  The king sized bed lifts up to reveal storage underneath.

Smytham Holiday Park is a family-run park located in a countryside location in North Devon. It is just 2 miles from Great Torrington on the A386 Okehampton Road.

The park itself is set in 33 acres and is contained in its own valley. Smytham is perfectly located with easy access to some of the most beautiful parts of the South West, with the three National Parks, Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin being just a stone’s throw away. Dartmoor can be reached within just 30 minutes. There is also a wide selection of outstanding beaches to choose from, including Croyde, Saunton, Clovelly, Bude and Westwood Ho, which is just 20 minutes away in the car.
