This 2008 Swift Chamonix is for sale at St Audries Bay Holiday Park.  It is located on a spacious plot, Surf 8 and has sea views.  There is space to accommodate a front and side deck if desired.  There is also space to park the car behind.

The lounge feels cosy with a partition wall separating the lounge and dining area.  There are patio doors and large front windows which allow the sea view to be enjoyed from inside.  There are two comfortable armchairs and a 3 seater sofa which doubles up as a pull out bed.  Handy for extra guests.  The electric fire adds warmth for the colder months and the long 10 month season.

The kitchen is well equipped and has the gas oven with hob, extractor, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  The dining area sits opposite.  It’s a nice light area with the sky light and large window behind the table.

The bedrooms have lots of storage with wardrobes and over bed storage.  The master has the benefit of an en suite with shower.

This caravan has a 5 year licence until 15th January 2029
