Victory Versailles Lodge

The 2017 Victory Versailles Lodge is for sale at St Audries Bay Holiday Club on the Somerset coast.  It is located on a stunning corner pitch on the lodge development, Exmoor View 16.  The Victory Versailles is designed with comfort and quality, making this lodge a real home-from-home experience.

The lodge is spacious and light with the twin patio doors opening onto the large front and side deck.  This makes the most of the stunning sea view across St Audries Bay and beyond.  The lounge area is complete with comfortable sofas, one with a guest pull-out bed. The windows are well-dressed with lined curtains and drapes.  There is an electric fireplace with a mirror above and a TV with a cabinet and coffee table.  It is possible to hang the TV on the wall in place of the mirror if preferred.

The kitchen has been designed for entertaining and is the hub of the lodge.  The breakfast bar creates a pleasant space for breakfast and evening drinks. The dining table and 4 leather chairs sit adjacent allowing meals to be enjoyed with views over the bay. The kitchen is fitted with an extensive selection of appliances.  The fridge, freezer, integrated dishwasher, 5 burner gas hob and extractor are all included.  The high-level oven and microwave make for easy cooking.

The utility room can be found on entry via the side door.  This is the perfect place to store shoes and coats plus do the laundry.  The washing machine is included.

The bedrooms are well designed and spacious also.  The Master bedroom has a Hypnos king-sized divan bed with storage underneath.  Bedside drawers are located on either side of the bed with pendant reading lights. Opposite, there is a dressing table, a further chest of drawers and a walk-through closet. This leads into a fabulous bathroom with a full-sized bath with an overhead shower, twin sinks and a large vanity area with shelving and drawers.

The twin bedroom has two Hypnos 3ft single beds with a chest of drawers in between.  There is a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe with shelving plus a dressing table.  This room has a second en-suite with a shower room. This can be accessed via the hallway also.

The current owner is leaving the toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery plus the outside box.
