Willerby Martin

This 2019 Willerby Martin is for sale at St Audries Bay Holiday Club.  It is located on Surf 4, a lovely end of row position.  It has a nice outlook with partial sea view.  This can be enjoyed from the large garden.

The Willerby Martin has a unique layout with its centre lounge and bedrooms at each end.  Each bedroom has its own washing facilities with a shower room.

The lounge itself is made up from the large seating area, dining table and chairs and the fireplace.  The gas fire provides extra heat during the winter months. There is a handy utility room where coats can be stored and a washing machine can be installed.

The kitchen has the appliances required to start holidaying at St Audries.  The gas oven with hob and fridge freezer are included.  There is a small space in the units for a microwave if desired.

At one end of the caravan, the spacious twin bedroom has a bedside cabinet, over bed storage and a large floor to ceiling wardrobe.  Much bigger than most twin bedrooms.  The shower room is next door opposite the kitchen.

The master bedroom is located at the other end of the caravan.  This is a large bedroom also.  It has the bedside tables and over bed shelving plus a large double wardrobe and dressing table.  The second bathroom is attached to the bedroom making an en suite.
