The open plan living area is both spacious and light. The large front opening doors give access to the large front and side deck. This is gated for safety and has steps for access. The L shaped sofa has a pull out sofa bed, creating space for an additional 2 guests. The fashionable central display unit houses the electric flame effect fire and wall mounted television. There is an additional TV unit should you prefer a more traditional set up. The shelves provide plenty of storage for books, games and personal possessions.

The kitchen has everything required to start holidaying at the Butlin’s Minehead Resort. The integrated appliances include the gas oven with hob, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave and even a washer/dryer. The toaster, kettle and 8 berth inventory kit are being included within the final sale price.

The sleeping quarters comprise of one master bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The twins have a central bedside table, over bed storage cupboards and a small wardrobe.

The Holiday Park

Butlin’s Minehead Resort is located in the popular town of Minehead, Somerset. It is just 21 miles from Taunton, 12 miles from Devon and on the doorstep of Exmoor National Park.

The resort itself promises holidays full of family fun and entertainment. As a caravan owner here, you have access to all of the facilities to include Splash Waterworld which has slides, flumes and a tots area. There are daily shows and entertainment which include live shows, big name acts and shows just for little ones. The children and adults alike can enjoy the vintage fairground and restaurants on site. There are plenty of soft play areas and parks to relish.

If you are looking to soak up the local area, the lovely sandy beach is located opposite where you can build sandcastles, swim and paddleboard.

Exmoor National Park offers plentiful walks, stunning villages and the most beautiful scenery. If walking is not your pastime, you can enjoy it all from the West Somerset Railway which has steam trains departing from Minehead and travels up and down the coastline to Bishops Lydeard. The famous Dunster Castle is on route.
