The Holiday Park

Seaview Gorran Haven is a holiday park owned by South West Holiday Parks.  It’s a beautifully kept park on the coast of South Cornwall surrounded by the Cornish countryside. It promises relaxation and an unrivalled holiday home experience. The main facilities overlook the stunning Cornish coastline and include an outdoor heated pool with a paddling pool for younger guests.  You can relax and unwind by enjoying the sun terrace, owner’s lounge or BBQ area. Children are well catered for with the football pitch and play area keeping them entertained.  Dogs are welcome and can enjoy the dog-friendly park area.  The park has a new gym where you can keep up your fitness regime leaving you feeling energised for the day.

Seaview Gorran Haven is just 20 minutes from St Austell and 35 minutes from Truro, making it easy to reach. Once on the park, the nearest town, Gorran Haven is just 5 minutes away and the beautiful harbour town, Mevagaissey can be reached in 11 minutes.

There is so much to do in the local area, here are some of our favourites:

Eden Project: A former clay mine now transformed into huge biomes.  Explore the Mediterranean or the rainforest biomes, outdoor gardens, specialist tours and nature playgrounds.

Hangloose Adventure: Choose from a selection of adrenaline-fuelled activities for varying ages. Glide along England’s fastest zip wire, ride the giant outdoor swing, jump into a giant airbag or follow the Sky Trek. There are also 12 new climbing walls to scale.

Mevagissey: One of the most picturesque harbour towns in the South West. Mevagissey holds its original charm with its working harbour, narrow streets and colourful terraced houses. Seafood restaurants are abundant where you can sample the catch of the day.

Boswinger: A small fishing village in South Cornwall located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  This is a thriving community where you can immerse yourself in Cornish culture and Heritage.

Hemmick Beach is a 15-minute walk from the park along a narrow pathway.  The reward is a quiet unspoilt sandy beach. There is a circular walk available here from the beach to Caerhays Castle.

The Barley Sheaf at Gorren is 1 mile from Seaview Gorran Haven Holiday Park. Featured in the Michelin Guide 2023, this pub offers relaxed dining serving the very best local produce with great taste.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan: Located near Mevagissey, these gardens cover 200 acres with magical gardens and woodland walks to discover. Uncovered in 1990, these gardens became Europe’s biggest garden restoration project after being covered by brambles since WW1.

Royal Cornwall Museum: A cultural hub promoting excellence in science and art with over 1 million artefacts to peruse.  Visit the new exhibitions and events planned for this year.
