This 2014 Willerby Skyline is for sale at Hopton Holiday Village, Great Yarmouth in the county of Norfolk.  The Willerby Skyline is located on Lansdown 14 which is a private pitch with bushes behind it.  Whilst close to the main centre, the pitch is quiet and private, with the bushes behind preventing people from walking through.  You are never far away from the beach here with beach access just a 3-minute walk away.

The caravan has a sunny aspect all day creating a nice, bright open-plan layout. The patio doors on the front of the caravan open onto the front deck creating a nice place to relax in the sun. The sofa with chaise and footstool is a new addition making the space more comfortable.  The lounge has a modern cabinet with a flame effect electric fire and a wall-hung TV above.

The dining area sits in between the lounge and kitchen and has a table and 2 chairs on one side and a bench on the other.  This has been reupholstered to match the lounge furniture.  The carpet has been renewed too and was replaced in 2018.

The kitchen is well equipped and has all the equipment needed to start holidaying at Hopton Holiday Village.  The caravan comes complete with an integrated microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven, hob and extractor.  The kitchen has been enhanced with a dishwasher to make your holiday a little bit easier!

The bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with all bedrooms having upholstered headboards to match the soft furnishings.  The master has reading lights, an en-suite WC, a tall wardrobe and a small dressing table with a mirror and stool.

The first twin bedroom has two space saver beds and a large full-length wardrobe.  The second twin bedroom has twin beds, over-bed storage and a full-length wardrobe.

The spacious shower room has a large thermostatically controlled shower with a vanity cabinet, mirror and shelving for toiletries. There is also shelving around the shower for towels.

The current owner is including TVs to all bedrooms and the Sky Q dish so you just need to bring your Sky Q box with you and plug it in. 

Outside, the pitch has been enhanced with a nice patio which has a pathway to the hard standing where you can park your car.  The storage box and picnic table are being included with the sale.

This caravan has no licence end date so you can keep holidaying for as long as you like.

The Holiday Park

Hopton Holiday Village is a Haven park located in Hopton on Sea, a seaside resort on the coast of Norfolk. The park has a coastal position with direct access to Hopton Beach, an unspoiled white sandy beach. Hopton on Sea is just 4 miles from Great Yarmouth, 5 miles from North West Lowestoft, and 27 miles from Norwich. 

The park has invested in the facilities and activities, so there’s plenty to do when visiting. The nautical-themed Marina Bar and stages are part of a £130 million park innovation, which features a bar and stage area where you can order Papa John’s and Cook’s Fish and chips while enjoying a drink and watching live acts. There is also a terrace to enjoy alfresco dining in the warmer months.

The swimming pools are popular and consist of an indoor pool with a flume, a shallow toddler pool with water features, and an outdoor pool.
