Who made the cut…? Westcountry Resorts selects luxury lodges for sale in time for the Exmoor View lodge development.

It’s the news we’re sure you’ve all been waiting for… Westcountry Resorts have now selected our demo models from the 2016 range. Chosen from an array of manufacturers, the luxury lodges for sale will all have a special CanExel high-density wood composite cladding, and will come with a higher specification than normal. They will be built to order for the new development at St Audries. What’s more, they’ll have BS3632 Residential Spec, Double Glazing, Central Heating, Front Opening Doors, 2 bedrooms and 6 berths! What more could you ask for?

 

The first model to make the cut (and the first to arrive on park!) was the brand new Willerby Winchester. Having visited the Willerby Factory with Southern Counties Leisure, we were able to view their latest static caravans for sale – and boy were we impressed! In fact, we loved the Winchester so much that we ordered 2: one for the Exmoor View lodge development at St Audries Bay and one for Freshwater Beach Holiday Park in Dorset. The sleek and contemporary 38 x1 2.6 model rivals many other static caravans for sale, with its integrated microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as the added luxury of matching bedding throughout.

 

Making quite the comeback, our second model of choice is the Pemberton Rivington. We haven’t had a Pemberton unit for quite some time so we’re hugely looking forward to taking delivery of this model in early spring 2016. Another highly contemporary model, it delivers on flair and sophistication with its rich colours and retro-styled furniture. It’s made for the socialite, and stands out from other static caravans for sale with the indulgent addition of a bath and a walk-in wardrobe.

 

Third in our new range of static caravans for sale will be the ABI Harewood, a new home from the Abi Factory. Cutting edge, it comes complete with a Bluetooth sound system, dishwasher, washing machine and intergrated microwave. Another clean and contemporary model, the Harewood has ingenious design features and forward thinking layouts that create a fun and flexible space.

 

Fourth and final is the Atlas Image. Exuding style, modernity and quality throughout, the Atlas Image has a very different layout to most static caravans for sale that we couldn’t resist. It’s spacious, with an open plan living area, and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and trace heating system.

In other news… It’s been a busy week all round with our first brand new Willerby Winchester lodge now in place on plot 1 of Exmoor View, after our friends at Toogood’s Transport delivered the Winchester with great care on Tuesday morning. It looks stunning and the views from those front patio doors are truly breath taking!

Our second home to be delivered will be the here in a couple of weeks time and we can’t wait to see how this one will look once its in position on plot 13. Our other demonstration homes are due for delivery early in the spring 2016!

Interest for our Exmoor View area at St Audries Bay has far outdone our expectations and with a few of our current holiday home owners looking to upgrade onto this new site area, we anticipate it won’t be long before all the plots have gone
