It features a large L-shaped sofa which converts into a king-size bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests. The room also features an entertainment unit with shelving and a built-in flame-effect fireplace, creating a warm, cosy atmosphere during the cooler months.

The dining area includes an L-shaped bench seat, three stools and a dining table. It’s the perfect setting for enjoying relaxed evening meals and spending quality time together.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your holidays at Butlins. It features a fridge-freezer, a large microwave, a gas oven, and a hob. Generous cupboard space ensures there is plenty of storage for food and kitchen essentials.

The master bedroom ensures a peaceful night’s sleep and includes a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.

The two additional twin rooms are ready for your guests or as an added place to store your belongings during longer getaways. Each room includes two single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and shelving above the bed.

The family shower room includes a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a WC. The Willerby Seasons boasts an additional WC and washbasin.

Owner Benefits

The TV, outdoor furniture and inventory for eight people will be included in the final sale price.  Caravan owners receive 10 photographic passes, which give them access to the entertainment and leisure facilities. Pass holders also receive a 20% discount in restaurants, eateries and pubs, as well as 10% off in shops & supermarkets.

Letting can be a good way to cover some of your running costs and can be done through the park or by other booking agents like Airbnb or Lakeside Caravans
