Pemberton Rivendale Lodge

This 2021 Pemberton Rivendale Lodge is for sale at Pentire Coastal Holiday Park in Bude.  This is a beautifully kept Park Leisure holiday park with countryside views. The Pemberton Rivendale is located on Summerleaze 20, a corner pitch with views over the park and beyond.

The main door into the lodge takes you into the open-plan living area. The spacious area is full of natural light with an expanse of windows and patio doors. The living area has a luxurious deep, comfortable sofa, with plenty of space for family and friends.  The bifold doors lead to the large front and side decked area outside. The feature wall opposite has a recessed flame effect fireplace and a media unit with a large flat-screen TV and sound bar. As you walk through the lounge, you will come across a set of folding doors, leading into a study/sunroom.  This flexible room could be transformed into a third bedroom if required. There is a sofa bed in here to accommodate extra guests.

The shaker-style kitchen has the wow factor with its industrial pendant-style lighting, glass dining table with upholstered chairs and the Amercian-style fridge freezer.  The island in the middle provides extra worktop space and has drawers underneath.  The modern kitchen includes a 5-ring gas hob, with oven, mid-level integrated microwave and extractor. There are further patio doors which lead onto the side deck.  The utility and boot room lead from the kitchen with a Velux window above. Here you will find a washing machine, lots of cupboard space and a large shelving unit for boots and shoes.  The boiler is housed in the big cupboard which has further storage.

The bedrooms are reached through the spot-lit hallway along with the bathroom. On the first left, the first double bedroom awaits.  This can be easily changed to a twin bedroom by splitting the beds as the headboard runs across the back wall. This room has bedside tables, large mirrored wardrobes and a small dressing table.

Next on the left, is the bathroom with a large bath with an overhead shower, mirrored cabinets and a sink with a vanity unit.

The master bedroom is spacious and luxurious with its large padded headboard, glass lights and downlighters. There is a dressing table with an upholstered chair with a large mirror, a dressing area with many wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room.  There is a sliding patio door leading onto the back deck.

Outside, the lodge has a large grassed area to its left and behind and has a large front, side and back deck.  There is hard standing for one car.
